About ME
The Call
In 2021 I received a call that changed my life forever... it's cancer.
My life stopped.
I closed my three year old coaching practice to focus exclusively on surgical recovery and chemotherapy treatment, but in the midst of it all, something else happened.
Waking Up
I survived.
A 5 day stay in the hospital.
A grueling recovery from surgery.
Exhaustion and endless fatigue from chemo.
But through it all I learned that what would make me successful from this point on was to make this experience the beginning of something new.
Deciding
I was always the girl who had all my ducks in a row. I didn't make a move until all the t's were crossed and i's were dotted. I was organized and prepared for anything... except cancer.
When I got my diagnosis I had to make some big decisions quickly about relationships, my future, my career, where I would live, and what my life would be like post-treatment.
I learned to trust my gut, to follow my heart, to listen to whispers of intuition that I felt in my soul, and it led me to a richer life than I ever imagined.
After the fact I took a moment to reflect on everything I did in order to make these life-altering changes, and now I coach people like you who have been waiting to make a big life decision, but just need a little guidance.
